Freezing point of Methyl Alcohol?

I want to make windshield washer fluid using a water/methyl alcohol solution. I travel through the mountains occasionally in winter and need a washer fluid that will not freeze until about +5 degrees Fahrenheit. The low temperature type is not available in my area because it seldom gets below freezing here.
